  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


🌎 Shipping Locations

  • We proudly ship worldwide from our U.S. location.

  • Domestic orders (within the United States) are shipped via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

  • International orders are shipped via USPS International, DHL Express, or other trusted global carriers.

  • Certain remote or restricted regions may have limited service — if your address is affected, we’ll contact you promptly.

💵 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150.

  • Express and priority options are available at an additional cost.


🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or taxes once they reach your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • PrideBooth cannot predict or control these fees. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.


✉️ Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

  • If your tracking status hasn’t updated for several days, please reach out to us at support@pridebooth.com and we’ll help investigate.


🚫 Address Issues, Delays & Lost Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.

  • PrideBooth is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information.

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve it.
