I'd say customer support was slow, but that's an insult to slow customer support workers... With shipping being $15, the product was definitely not free, either.
I received my light almost two months after ordering and I have to say the wait was worth it. I had expected a large package to carefully cushion something fragile but instead received a small envelope with a durable plastic sheathed bulb inside that, once plugged in, shines so brightly I don't even need the room's lamp to see. I have yet to find the proper place to hang it, and the process is slightly impeded by the shorter length of USB cord but using a USB hub should make that an easy solution.
